In this section, as we discover them or create them, we will be sharing with
you some gourmet solar ideas that hopefully will give YOU some ideas to enhance
and further enjoy solar eating while still eating your way to butterflyhood.
Here's a typical day's menu:
Breakfast: Almonds, prunes and peaches. Solar
coffee which is arabica bean coffee, like Folgers, with cocoa and maple syrup
added to promote healthy hormone balancing throughout the day.
Morning snack: Any
citrus fruit eaten alone.
Lunch: Tofu (or chicken), brown rice, steamed
cauliflower and broccoli, green salad.
Afternoon snack: Any melon to eat alone;
or berries.
Dinner: Fish, brown rice, watercress salad.
(The proportions and amounts of ingredients of this soup depend entirely on
how much you want to make.)
Carrots
Onion
Portabello Mushrooms
Firm Tofu
1 Vegetable Boullion Cube
Braggs salt replacement or salt
Cayenne to taste
Tamari to taste
A dash of Apple cider Vinegar
Miso, to taste, at end but do not boil.
Boil carrots in pan while sauteing the onion and mushrooms and tofu. Add these
ingredients to the boiling carrots with the boullion cube. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and continue to simmer for additional 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and add the miso. Serve with sprig of watercress. (Optional)
